Shipping

When will I get my order?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that Separated Capsules can require 7 business days to prepare before shipping.

We do our best to ship your order using the carrier you selected at checkout. However, in some cases, a different carrier may be used due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping volumes or carrier delays. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only. Health Bloom Inc. does not have control over carrier delivery dates or times. Shipping rates shown on our website are provided directly by the carriers, and we do not control these rates.

A signature is required for delivery on all orders. If you prefer not to require a signature, please note this in the order notes at checkout. If a signature is not required, Health Bloom Inc. is not responsible for parcels left unattended after delivery.

Can I get same day delivery?

We do not offer same-day delivery.

How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse the Health Bloom Supplements online store, click the “Add to cart” button below the items you would like to purchase.

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

You can view the items in your shopping cart at any time by checking the right-hand side of the screen while browsing the Health Bloom website.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item, select the “remove” checkbox and click “modify cart.” You can also remove an item by changing the quantity to 0 (zero).

How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?

Click “view shopping cart” to see a list of all items in your cart. Update the quantity as needed and click “modify cart” to save your changes.

Returns

Do you accept Returns or issue Refunds?

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not offered. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at sales@healthbloomsupplements.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
